Lost uPASS

If you have lost your uPASS please communicate with Heartwood House, the OC Transpo lost and found office.

If your card was not found at Heartwood House, there is a 25$ fee for the first replacement of a uPASS card at the SFUO Main Office (UCU 07).

Stolen uPASS

If your uPASS card was stolen, it can be replaced free of charge with a police report number

Broken uPASS

If your uPASS card is damaged, it is very important that you replace it. This can be done free of charge, upon presentation of damaged card, at the SFUO offices located in the University Centre at 85 University pvt, room 07.

From Westboro to Bank Street to Main Street in Centretown, taking advantage of the City of Ottawa’s hot spots has never been easier.

Thanks to the U-Pass, we ride public transit for less, and that’s one less financial worry off our shoulders as students.

By using our U-Passes, we are taking a step forward by using public transit to get to school and around Ottawa.
